So a binNMU to build netcdf first and then cdftools and flexpart should be sufficient. (Note: I have another package flextra, stuck in NEW, similar to flexpart, ie. a gfortran code depending on netcdf. )
So I would suggest continuing with a binNMU. The new 4.3 version of netcdf will take some reorganisation of the packaging and this transition should proceed quickly first. regards Alastair > Please follow-up with results to this bug report. > > -- Alastair McKinstry, <alast...@sceal.ie>, <mckins...@debian.org>, https://diaspora.sceal.ie/u/amckinstry A decent provision for the poor is the true test of civilization. ~Samuel Johnson, Boswell: Life of Johnson -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
