Package: debhelper

dh_strip on compat levels 7 and below stores debug information on
/usr/lib/debug/$fullpath, but on compat levels 8 and above it stores
them on /usr/lib/debug/.build-id/${build-id}.
This is not documented neither in debhelper(7) nor in dh_strip(1). I
think it should be documented in both.
