I've lowered the severity of this bug, since it doesn't seem to impact
default jessie or sid installations and thus doesn't meet 'grave'
criteria.

Can you send me the output of the following:

ip addr show dev lo 
sysctl net.ipv6.bindv6only
/usr/sbin/spamd -D 2>&1 | grep -i listen

Are you specifying any command line options via
/etc/default/spamassassin?
