I have removed the unamended version from the git repo. I've
transferred the option letter and summary from the unamended to the
amended version, as that seems less confusing and there is no longer a
need to distinguish what-as-A (which is now dropped) and what-was B
(which I'm now calling A) on the ballto summary.
