As apparently you've got a lot of free time, I invite you to help us with fixing or reporting-to-qa or whatever the packages in red listed on the ruby1.8-removal tracker [1]. Most of them are in bad shape, and you could do a lot of good work here. ftpmasters: libnet-netrc-ruby and libzip-ruby also appear dead upstream. (libzip-ruby has two new "upstreams", that by coincidence share the same name, but have no ancestor in libzip-ruby as currently shipped in Debian.)
