Hi Moritz, hi Christian, please follow the MIA process [1] instead of requesting the removal of packages you consider "Apparently unmaintained".
This gives other developers the chance to adopt the package (yes, many packages get adopted quite quickly after filing an O: WNPP bug). And it is very bad for the overall quality of Debian when the one RC-buggy package of a MIA maintainer gets removed, but all his other packages stay unmaintained.
