Hi. :-) Nice idea, but that functionality already exists in Gdebi. You might want to try it.
If you double-click on a .deb file [and have assigned Gdebi as your default application for that file-type], it will show you the package's dependencies and, if you choose to install it, if possible, download and install the dependencies as well as the package itself.
