It would be nice if debfoster automatically exempted the package providing the currently running kernel from possible removal. I seem to recall debfoster doing this at some previous time, but it seems that is no longer the case: $ uname -r 3.11-2-amd64 $ sudo debfoster Keep linux-image-3.11-2-amd64?
