I looked in the logs and could not find any combination of:
"# pages" combi-widget set to "All"

Wanted to see if that was as set with any of the earlier logs. Knew you
where right, seems obvious. I must have changed that option by mistake,
along the way. Page Options => # Pages #: 1, is what I have always used.

Also tried with version 1.0.4-5, to confirm. And indeed that was the
cause of the scanning over and over. 

Anyways all works fine now, with the patch.
