e.g. http://web.archiveorange.com/archive/v/BnMFNaplS2lbBWa7Q3xl ?

also I believe that I have spotted somewhere recently (a wiki or
some page) listing of NeuroDebian as one of the popcon users... may be
I have dreamed it up. But that is a social aspect I hope we could leave
behind for now -- I will try to monitor popcon-developers ML from now on
(whenever alioth comes back up)

hm... they are received through the cgi and forwarded to the mailbox.

All of the popcon "load" is encrypted so I can't deanonymize (not
even sure back to what?) the content since it is encrypted. I am sorry
if I am missing the point here.

I could adjust our procmailrc to forward you the encrypted ones for
decryption instead of storing them locally.

ATM not -- we just 'patch' (yes yes -- cruel)
/etc/popularity-contest.conf to add our submission server to the
SUBMITURLS variable.
