Sure. However, please do not reopen a new bug in such case, but just send the updated file to the bug you already opened by just mailing xxx...@bugs.debian.org, xxxxxx being the original bug number). I'm therefore merging the two bug reports together (on behalf of the localepurge package maintainer).
