The Unicode Standard doesn't specify character widths on purpose, so you won't find such information there. So I had this listed as a TODO/What's Next entry rather than listed as a bug. This block is also not a copy of a Microsoft DOS or Microsoft Windows code page.
However, the latest upstream version of Unifont includes this change.
