Package: emacs24 Version: 24.3+1-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? I use version control from Emacs. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I made a change to to a version contolled file. Pressed C-x v v to commit the change and began the log message with an empty line. * What was the outcome of this action? The empty line does not show up as expected. Instead it is 2 or 3 pixels high with a black line all the way through it. * What outcome did you expect instead? For the line to show up just like other empty lines or like it does once text is added to the first line.
