Currently, the doc package is not required by swat, so in order for the swat web interface to work without too many broken links, the documentation needs to be included there. The idea, as I had already posted to the pkg-samba list, is to move the pdf documentation to a separate package (in progress) and then make a hard dependency from swat to the remaining doc package.
