It *is* coming back.  Just waiting on the right people at Apple to sign off on

Unfortunately, since it involves running mailman and a mail server, yes.

The old NNTP interface (cups.general, cups.bugs, etc.) will not be returning, 
we will just have mailman-based mailing lists going forward...
