Argh!  I was looking at the i386 package and it does have them but
that's the one I uploaded.  All the other arches don't have them, so it
looks like I fscked up the upload.  I've just uploaded 2.7-1 to sid
and it should have those files.  Please update and let me know if
cacerts.rc and mergetools.rc still show as obsolete.
