Please *read* the man page of updmap!

Before you had one or more private cfg files and called update-ipdmap followed 
by updmap,

now you have take the same cfg file once, combine them manually (cat *.cfg) to 
your updmap.cfg file, and after that you only have to run updmap, nothing else.

It got simpler, due to the fact that ipdmap now reads *all*!!!! updmap.cfg file.
