Dear Maintainer,
I can confirm this bug. Since some weeks it isn't possible to use the
package sources. Synaptic only gives the message "the package sources
changed" but I didn't change them.
Furthermore, after a load new [I work with a German version, may be, the
English are a little bit other) now changed packages are displayed in
synaptic.
If I do similar things at the command line with apt-get ... everything
works.
