Sorry for not explaining it more thoroughly in the first place, I
thought you'd have seen it in the release notes.


I'm not totally sure what's the best way to handle this in Debian.


IMHO, the ideal solution would be... if the library is there, then
cryptsetup uses it (dlopen) if not... then no pw quality checking is
done.
So people could decide whether they want to install the library or not.
And if it's installed from other packages... you still have the
--force-password (or so) switch, do overrule it if necessary.

cryptsetup-bin could then recommend libpwquality0.

I guess the dlopen support would need to be implemented upstream first,
right?

Milan, why has this do be done system wide?
