I have ripped off help/ directory from the upstream RPM files and replaced with it /usr/lib/openoffice/help. It seems to work (not much testing, but three attempts to get help all ended in the right place). It is totally Works For Me(TM), but if anybody is interested all files are available at http://www.ceplovi.cz/matej/progs/ooo-help-files.tar.bz2
