This package should be removed as it has become obsolete since Facebook
has implemented full support for XMPP which is supported by Pidgin.
Installing the plugin is no longer required to use Facebook chat with
Pidgin.
Also, the plugin has been out of development by upstream for nearly
three years [1].
I'll file a request to remove it.
