It would be ok I guess, better than the current situation, although I don't really see the point in that. Those sections will end up being removed at some point anyway, that's why I updated the initial section to point to the dpkg man pages if any was missing, and as long as they do not get renumbered (something I took care of), that should not introduce confusion.
