Hi Guillem,

I would prefer to avoid deleting sections and their anchors for the moment, so
that the question of what to do with the anchors can be addressed at once.

If there are no objections, I will apply the modified patches so that we
can move forward. Or I can just push a branch

I had a look at section D, and it would be straightforward to merge it in
Chapter 5. To avoid renumbering, I propse that the section 5.8 (Obsolete
fields) of the upcoming release will not be divided in sub-sections, but will
rather be organised as an alphabetical list. This changes the current
situation where the DM-Upload-Allowed field is described as section 5.8.1.

Or do we need do distinguish obsolete fields that may be found and those
that should not be found ?

Have a nice day,
