Multi-Arch: foreign to the binary package section for tcpdump. The desired effect is that reverse dependencies of tcpdump do not require the tcpdump binary in the same architecture. This makes sense, because both the pcap file format and the command line interface of tcpdump are the same regardless of the architecture.
