Hi, I've fount the same problem. The compilation with glibc6 >= 2.16 is not possible, which is the current situation in the experimental. There is a bug report on boost bug tracking regarding this issue [0]. There is also the patch [1] in Ubuntu that fixes it.
Could you check the patch and, if possible, upload the patched version?
