FWIW, qemu-kvm does not exist past wheezy, and this
bug will not be fixed in wheezy due to freeze.

As you found out, there is a reason why this resolution is not
implemented -- 1366 is not dividable by 8, which is about alignment
of internal structures. It isn't known still if there are any
ill effect of this or not.

Please direct requests of this nature to upstream instead of to
debian. I will not forward it to upstream (esp. since I've no
good way to test it or don't understand the reasons why a change
is needed, so this bug will most likely stay in debian forever,
unless one day it will be fixed upstream and someone notices and
closes it in debian.

Thanks!
