Package: apper
Version: 0.7.2-5
Followup-For: Bug #699681

I have this bug too, everytime Apper advices me packages upgrades and I click
OK to do the upgrading, then it prompts a window indicating that apper needs to
downgrade all the packages I marked to upgrade.

Apper downloads the packages, the correct version, but when all packages are
dowloades Apper fails, saying it had problems to donwload the packages! maybe
because it tries to download the lower versions of them.

apt-get upgrade and aptitude upgrade works without problems.

I made this reply to the original bug report in order to confirm this bug.
