Dear Maintainer,
What led up to the situation? I performed apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
then an hour later when I issued the Wget it died with the following:

What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I've
spend six hours performing memcheck and found zero errors. Reinstalled and ran
the same command 6 seperate times; but all with the exact same results
What was the outcome of this action?  malloc(): smallbin double linked list
corrupted
What outcome did you expect instead? wget to finish create a mirror of the site
