Also it's not entirely clear what this means. Perhaps you could explain what you're trying to achieve. It probably is valid, for example, to say that you want mono on a Debian system to be able to work with M-A installed libraries from foreign architectures. I don't really know at this point what a solution would look like, or if there is one.
