Package: procmail
Version: 3.22-19
Severity: wishlist

MIME has become a fundamental standard for email attachments, yet
procmail has no constructs to carry out basic MIME-related processing.
At the moment, users hack together third-party tools.

Munpack, metamail, and stripMime.pl are not standard in all linux
distros (Red Hat in particular). It would be quite useful if procmail
had facilities for saving, deleting, and analyzing attachments.
