Package: rhythmbox Version: 0.8.8-1 I am using Debian Sarge with all the latest updates. I have sound events enabled for Gnome, and sounds play correctly within Gnome.
If I try to open a radio station in rhythmbox, I get this message: OSS Device "/dev/dsp" is already in use by another program. If I disable sound events in Gnome, rhythmbox works as expected.
