Unfortunately, right click on a bookmark folder doesn't seem to do
anything here with Mozilla.

You could have found this information in the bug history...

Anyway, I tried this with Konqueror and Firefox. Both showed higher CPU
usage than Galeon used to when not using them actively as well, but
neither became unusable after a suspend/resume cycle. Not sure what this
tells us about where the bug lies though.
