As I said in another contribution in this long thread (or in the LP bug), iso-codes releases are published at the beginning of each month by Tobias Quatamer. He also releases the Debian package while releasing the upstream version. I think there is time enough for Ubuntu, it's not like you guys are releasing every month..:-) --
