Not a whole lot. Initially, there would be only the two files in that package, yours and http://www.robf.de/Hacking/elisp/vm-rfaddons.el unless you object to that file. So you would subscribe to the package tracking system to receive all messages and bug reports relating to that package. You would edit your file in CVS at alioth, and patch vm-rfaddons.el in response to occasional bug reports. You would simply insert short entries in debian/changelog and let me worry about when to release a new package and upload to Debian. I'd let you address all bugs concerning that package. I expect most of the work to continue to occur mostly in the binary package emacs-goodies-el itself. You might see very few bugs if any. -- Peter S.
