Hi!

I'm seeing cups' init script time out on my system which significantly slows
down booting. This seems to be due to

<<< syslog
Sep 19 10:05:06 mitoraj dbus[1483]: [system] Activating service
name='org.freedesktop.ColorManager' (using servicehelper)
Sep 19 10:05:31 mitoraj dbus[1483]: [system] Failed to activate service
'org.freedesktop.ColorManager': timed out
Sep 19 10:05:31 mitoraj dbus[1483]: [system] Activating service
name='org.freedesktop.ColorManager' (using servicehelper)
Sep 19 10:05:56 mitoraj dbus[1483]: [system] Failed to activate service
'org.freedesktop.ColorManager': timed out
<<<

purging colord results in cups initscript being reasonably fast again.

Regards

    Christoph
