Sorry, it took a bit more than a week.

Here it is, compressed to make sure the encoding won't be broken, with a
proposed changelog entry. Please let me know if you prefer a more handy
format (e.g. an archive of the debian/po directory): I had to fix a few
misencoded files in the process, so that should remove you the hassle of
doing it too.
