This means kmymoney will now (or at least when libaqbanking33-dev is removed from the archive) fail to build from source. Hence I raised priority of this bug to serious. To fix this bug I am now going to prepare an NMU for kmymoney (versioned as 4.6.2-3.1) and upload it to DELAYED/2. Please feel free to tell me if I should delay it longer.
