Exactly - it's only uninstallable if you already installed the amd64 version of libjpeg62. That's why it is only showing up for a few users while the majority don't see it. Thank you Jonas for testing libjpeg62:amd64 install libjpeg62:i386 install and eagle is working, so it looks like it's good.
