sorry but i don't quite understand
i am a developer so am familiar with debugging etc
i have certainly not installed anything or configured anything to cause
a breakpoint to be set system-wide on a power-manager applet
can you be a little more specific as to what you mean so i might try to
investigate further?

Well, it just looks like something set a breakpoint, and I have no idea
why. You need to check your system for that.
