Please don't abuse the BTS for such report, a simple mail to
<debian-...@lists.debian.org> would do the trick, especially if you're
not willing to provide a single patch.
I'm not sure what you mean by "such report", but I'm not sure that
simply contacting a mailing list would have done the trick (this very
report was opened in February). Also, I don't simply want to "doing the
trick", I also want to work efficiently.
By the way, other links from that section could also use a revision.
