actually I've made changes to two parts (terminfo.src and the change to
gen_edit.sh - but I recall your patch level is before the latter - 20110910).

(sorry if I seem unresponsive - I didn't see further discussion, was trying
to decide whether to make the 20110910 change explicitly configurable, and was
investigating an issue related to my fix in st-256color).
