Package: debootstrap Version: 0.3.1.7 Followup-For: Bug #329394 The same thing happened to me today when debootstrapping ARM. It didn't happen a couple of weeks ago when I did MIPS, so maybe something has changed either in debootstrap or sid since then.
I also get an error in debootstrap.log that md5sum is not available. Sure enough, only md5sum.textutils is. I'm going to try sarge instead and see if that works better... -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.13-rc6 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages debootstrap depends on: ii binutils 2.16.1cvs20050902-1 The GNU assembler, linker and bina ii wget 1.10.1-1 retrieves files from the web debootstrap recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
