You seem to be passing "Workdir: /var/www/mrtg". Your complaint seems
to be centred around the issue that /var/www/mrtg/* does not contain
the WorkDir does not exist, but this is the configuration file that
will be created in slcigw1.cfg

What WorkDir is getting set in those included config files?
