The debian menu entry /usr/share/menu/icewm could offer both the 16x16
and 32x32 icewm icons, per attached.
Having both allows a menu-methods package to use whichever it prefers,
and the system administrator can choose a prefered default in
/etc/menu-methods/menu.h.
That menu.h ends up preferring $icon32x32 over plain $icon, which will
mean getting the bigger icewm icon. Dunno why plain $icon wouldn't be
first, maybe for consistent size or something.
