configure script needs --enable-gtk-doc to bring code documentation to
life. I'll like that idea since my package delivers kipina and
kipina-doc, which is generated by --enable-gtk-doc.

Upstream author also suggested to remove the kipina-doc package, but I'm
not too convinced.
