Is there any reason why this bug (debsums not cooperating with localepurge) there has been no new upload of debsums (save for translation updates) since july last year.
Shouldn't this bug, as well as other minor bugs (#210970) be fixed already? They seem pretty simple to me. As for the patch that introduces --locale-purge, I rather have debsums automatically enable that if /etc/locale.nopurge exists and rather have a --no-locale-purge switch (to disable the default behaviour) I will soon provide a patch for this.
