Dear Maintainer,

When running getmails, I get this:

    $ getmails
    /usr/bin/getmails: 32: Bad substitution
    $

and it bails out without downloading any mail.

Of course it's still possible to run getmail itself without the wrapper
script.

Be well,
--Robbie
