Hi,
some time ago, because of outdated documentation and license problems
with some of the books, the devhelp-books source package has been
removed from unstable and, hence, from testing. More information
regarding the removal can be found on http://bugs.debian.org/322861
Because of that, these bugs are no longer relevant and, therefore, are
hereby being closed now. Thanks for reporting them!
