The merge of the parsechangelog branch has added several features to the
program (see its usage screen) but they are not yet documented in
dpkg-parsechangelog(1).
It's even more needed since one of the option refer to the man page for
further details:
--format <outputformat> see man page for list of available
output formats, defaults to 'dpkg'
for compatibility with dpkg-dev
