Hello,

  How much memory/swap space do you have?  (cat /proc/meminfo)
If you don't need as many connection handlers (ie. you have a low
volume mail sight), you could turn down NCHILDREN in dbmail.conf,
which will get you less dbmail-pop3d processes.  Likewise you could
turn down the number of simultaneous deliveries to dbmail in
master.cf.  I don't see anything terribly abnormal from just the
process list though.  It could be something as simple as not having
any swap space on disk.
